Call today to schedule your 2009 tax appointment.  Schedule early to reserve your preferred appointment date... evening and weekend appointments fill quickly.  In this economy, I understand that you need your refunds more than ever this year.

NEW FOR 2009 TAX RETURNS:

  • 2009 YES/NO Questionnaire from baboiancpa.com... please complete and sign before arriving to your appointment.  This step is critical to maximizing your refund.  

 

  • Healthy office for clients and staff… If you or your children are ill, please stay home.  We now have hand sanitizer available in the waiting area.  

 

  • Please be prepared… bring all of your tax information with you.  We have a “Thing to Bring List” on our web site.  The 2009 Yes/No Questionnaire also instructs you to bring certain additional items.  Our expectation is that you will arrive to your appointment with all required information so that we may input your tax return immediately after your appointment.  We reserve the right to charge an additional bookkeeping fee for clients missing significant amounts of information.

 

ONGOING POLICIES:

  • Electronic filing...  for all 2009 Federal and PA returns.  We need a voided check if you wish to add or change direct deposit info.

 

  • Drop-off with follow-up telephone appointment... available to qualifying repeat clients who have difficulty fitting a standard appointment into their busy schedules.  Call to schedule your telephone appointment.

 

  • Ground-level handicapped accessible office... is available.  Please notify us in advance.

 

  • Payment in full... is expected at the time of pickup.       

 

  • Referrals are greatly appreciated!!!   Thank you for referring family, friends and co-workers.  We are accepting new personal and business clients.  We will thank you for each successful referral with a crisp $20 bill.
